After reading back a few entries on this blog I realized that, after an exciting introduction to our Summer Insanity 2013, I never followed up with any pictures, itineraries, plans, etc...
So, in the spirit of

Summer Insanity 2013: Day TWO

We had an AMAZING breakfast at Katie's Diner!

Summer Insanity 2013: Day THREE
With such an eventful day before, the drive the next day was tiring. We got on the road early, heading from Oklahoma City toward Tulsa. From there, we went on across the lovely state of Missouri to Saint Louis.
With the fabulous (but busy) day out and about with my family the day before, additional fuel sources were needed for a successful driving day!
Long but good day...
