The journey was rather more eventful than I had hoped for.
However, with 104 degree temperatures, a car full of things, a cat, and very little sleep, I think it went as well as could be expected.
We arrived at 12:15am, unloaded the essentials from the car, hugged my sis and went right to bed.
Minerva was grateful to finally be out of the moving hot box, and finally drank something.
All in all, the day was insane, but I suppose that is what the summer insanity tour predicted...
